Just a layout I did a year back for my Portfolio.
Design by Sherrie Thai of Shaire Productions. I've made a web layout design in a photo-editing program. How do I use it? Do I need to know PHP? Can I just use HTML and CSS?
I'm a beginner with web layouts. Any and all help will be appreciated.

It can be done with html and css ;)
