Should I go to Devry University for web design?

I plan on transferring after 2 years to Georgia Tech, or Georgia Southern Polytechnic University, or maybe some others. But I was wondering if DeVry University would be a good place to start. And do you maybe have some suggestions for other 2 year schools?

I don't think Georgia Tech would take you or even let you transfer your courses if you come from Devry.

The main reason is that despite having "accreditation" as a university, not all their programs and campuses are accredited.

I have read my fair share of resumes and applications for web designer positions: it’s sad to say, but training and experience in UX and UI is often the 2 most lacked skills in job applicants today. While I know that colleges and universities (and even schools such as Phoenix University) are not set up to teach students everything, there are some areas and courses that are lacking, yet are incredibly important, if not mandatory to real world...
