what do you call a person that designs banners, fliers, pamphlets and web pages?

I have started to do these things for a few local businesses. I was hoping to take a few classes to advance my skills. Most of what I have done is self taught and everyone seems to like it. I have no idea what it is called though or how much to charge.

Doing similar things as you do, I can say it is a graphic designer. :)
This is a very "price-sensitive" field, so to speak. With a big, big business struggle.
Therefore one cannot tell how much to charge in general. It depends.

In fact, this news section was added as a part of their top navigation changes. At first, the news section was completely blank. This is because it contained no content. However, Article Search Engine Marketing has added all of their press releases, including this press release, to this section. Beyond this change, they plan to continue their website overhaul by matching the right navigation with the web design style of the top navigation and banner block styles.
