I have known pretty much all i need to know on html. But i never really make good designs, everytime i try to make a html page it just doesnt look perfessional. Where could i get examples of good html page designs...

"We've recognized for a long time that we needed to update the site," said city spokesman Carl Baker. "But we've been dealing with a limited budget and limited personnel and it was never on the front burner. But we thought about it and worked on it. And finally really realized that we needed to do it."
