REIS to meet
The development of JetBlue Park, Lee County's new baseball training complex for the Boston Red Sox, will be reviewed at the March 13 meeting of the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS). Bob Koenig, president of Manhattan Construction (Florida), the construction manager for the project, will offer an in-depth look at the project design, unique features, and the development process for the project located on Daniels Parkway, east of I-75 in Fort Myers. The meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13 in the Osprey Room at Pelican Preserve's Clubhouse, on Treeline Avenue at Colonial Boulevard, one mile east of I-75 Exit 136 in Fort Myers. Admission: $25 members; $35 for guests, which includes lunch. Reservations are required by Wednesday, March 7 at the REIS website: www.reis-swfl.org .
Designation awarded
Corinne "Coco" Waldenmayer, managing broker at Engel & Völkers Olde Naples, has been awarded the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI). The CNE is earned by real estate professionals after completing formal negotiation training. Real estate professionals who receive this certification are in the top 1 percent of all real estate professionals nationwide. With professional negotiation skills, real estate professionals are able to help clients obtain better results in the sale or purchase of their home. Waldenmayer is on five committees of the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), including as vice chair of e-Association, NABOR'S committee managing NaplesArea.com and Nabor.com. She also sits on the media relations committee and holds the Certified International Property Specialist designation. She is a Graduate, Realtor Institute instructor for Florida Realtors and is licensed by the state to teach pre- and post-licensing courses.
