The GraphicDesign.com Advisory Board is taking shape and now numbers over 20 people from vastly different areas of the design industry. The group will lend advice in order to create a website that will serve the community in a positive way.
Among the newest Advisory Board members is Von Glitschka, who has worked in the communication arts sector for over 20 years. This designer and illustrator founded Glitschka Studios in 2002, which pumps out illustrative design projects in a broad range of genres. He's published four books to boot.
The Type Studio and TypeCast Webinars founder Ilene Strizver is also a brand new member of the Advisory Board. Her experience is expansive and includes typographic educating, consulting, designing, and writing. Her past roles included serving as the Director of Typeface Development for International Typeface Corporation and interacting with top-of-the-line type designers. She's the author of "Type Rules! The Designer's Guide to Professional Typography" and brings a highly unique background to the GraphicDesign.com think tank.
