What is the best free blog website to showcase designs?

I have recently been asked to send a CV and a portfolio to a nearby graphic design company. Unfortunately for me I am terrible at web design and don't have an account that can be used to pay for website hosting either. So I thought my best bet was to

Make your own website. Far more proffesional when you have your own.
Its free and you don't have to write any web design, just use a template and update the blog with photos whenever you feel like it.
Completely free too. Its what I use

With more touchscreens coming onto the market, web design has to change to keep up. The goal of any website design is to be attractive and functional. Features like hover effects don’t work for touchscreen because you can’t pass a cursor over it. Designers will have to integrate other ways to make sites navigable for viewers – not only navigable but inviting. This technology will spread to desktop computers as well (HP’s TouchSmart PC will be able to recline up to 60 degrees), making it a crucial element of web design for all devices.
