Photographer Website Design Question!?

I want to have a website like this:

Have any recommendations on how I go about doing that? I of course don't want to spend a LOT, but want it to be classy like this with music and flash.

Well, first of all, there's a lot goin on in that website you mentioned. As you say, you've got Flash, a music file playing in the background, various animated gifs and shortcuts and pictures appearing from nowhere.
