I need opinions on designing a web page.?

I'm going to design a web page for a small business owner. He has a landscaping company. I'm in a web page design class in high school. We use FrontPage 2003 but we don't have the extensions. The bad thing is, I was reading on Y!A and someone had said


Hi, thank you for your question. The truth is, everybody has to start somewhere. FrontPage is a fine program to start designing web pages. People poo-poo FrontPage because it lacks the typographic control to be found in more advanced programs like Dreamweaver
