During November of 2011—the month she opened her business 20 years earlier—she applied for the NYS Minority and Women's Business Enterprise Certification and received the letter confirming that designation in January."Twenty years is an amazing milestone for any business; to receive this certification at this time is an honor," said Hoag, who has worked with companies in Rockland, Westchester, Bergen and around the country.
